2 cans Wild-caught tuna, drained
1 lemon, juiced (or about 2 TBS organic lemon juice
1 organic green apple, chopped
2 ribs celery, diced (about 1/2 cup)
2 carrots, diced (about 1/2 cup)
2 TBS onion, diced
¼ cup olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
Fresh ground pepper to taste

*Optional fresh herbs. Parsley, cilantro, mint or basil! YUM!!

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
