Prep Time: 10 minutes
*Note This recipe is SOOOO yummy you might want to consider a double batch! It will stay good in your fridge 7-10 days.
3/4 c. raw almonds (soaked overnight)
3/4 c. + filtered water
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. avocado oil
1/4 c. lemon juice (about 1.5 lemons)
3 tbsp. nutritional yeast
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. Bragg’s cocout aminos or tamari sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. coriander
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 handful fresh organic cilantro
Place all ingredients in VitaMix. Slowly blend for one minute. Turn the dial up to high, and continue to blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy. If too thick, add water. If to thin, add a few more almonds.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Sauce may separate so just stir up when serving.
