Ingredients:
1 c almond milk, coconut milk, raw milk
1 c frozen blueberries, raspberries or acai berry
1 banana
1 T coconut oil
1 scoop protein powder (whey or egg white)
1 T hemp seeds
1 t maca powder
1 t Vitamineral green powder
