Bake time: 15-18 mins
Serves: 4
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
2/3 cup sweet potato
1/2 c quick gluten-free oats, ground
4 eggs
1 c butter or coconut oil, melted
3/4 c raw cacao powder
1 pinch of sea salt
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 c coconut sugar
½ c maple syrup
1 T cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
½- cup gluten-free flour

Blend all ingredients in blender or vitamix until smooth. Bake for 15-18 mins, or until done. These are super rich and amazingly delicious!
