So, just wanting to throw it out there….Greens are amazing!!! Having never been a real coffee drinker, or caffeine addict, I found that having a child, working full time, teaching yoga and trying to still have time for me can really exhaust a person. I tried to find a vice in the form of a caffeinated beverage over the past 9 months. I just didn’t enjoy the feeling of jolting into an alert state, getting jittery and then crashing into bed earlier than normal. So, I settled with feeling run down.

Enter the amazing nutritionist and life changer, Emily Potter! She persuaded me  to try green juices and some seriously life changing green capsules (Premier Green Capsules). I feel like  new person! When she told me I needed more greens, I assumed that meant cooking more kale, swiss chard, spinach, etc. Let’s be honest here…I really don’t always have the time to make a perfect meal. And I don’t LOVE greens all the time. The juice and vitamins are the perfect solution. It is truly incredible to understand how to properly nourish the body. We are all busy, and it is easy to neglect the vessel that is allowing us to healthily live our lives. Often times I find myself chowing a sandwich, or salad without even tasting it. We are constantly rushing, and that state simply can’t sustain without feeling run down most of the time.

Green juice and the green vitamins are really giving my body a fighting chance at energy. If you have strayed away from green juices because of their revolting appearance, I urge you to give it a go. Close your eyes and take gulp. I promise, it won’t be as bad as you think. You will probably even like it. What I guarantee you will like, is the vitality it gives you. We all need more greens in our lives, so thank God someone was brilliant enough to supply them in a delish juice or capsule. Go get some energy!!

3 kale leaves
3 stocks of celery
1 handful of parsley
1 handful of romaine lettuce
1” section of ginger (peeled)
2-3 green apples
1 cucumber
