1/2 c ground poppy seeds (use coffee grinder)
1/2 c organic butter
1/2 c xylitol or swerve powder
1/2 t stevia powder (or liquid)
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 c brown rice flour
1/2 c tapioca flour
1 t guar guar
2 t baking soda
1/4 t salt
1 c almond milk

Cream butter and xylitol, add eggs and vanilla. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour into pan that has been greased with coconut oil. Bake at 350 for 25 30 minutes.
