Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
1/4 lb Beef steak
1 red bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Bunch broccoli florets
1 Stock Celery
1 Carrots (Chopped)
2 Heads Bok choy
1 White onion
4 Cloves Garlic
2 tsp Ginger
1 Tbsp Coconut oil
Tamari
Sesame oil
Directions:
Add coconut oil and garlic, ginger and onions. Simmer 1 min and add beef. Cook 3-5 min. Add veggies
