Makes 16 oz
Ingredients:

1 green apple
1 cup kale or spinach
1/2 English cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 TBS collagen
1 TBS hemp seeds
1” piece of ginger (or more if desired.)
1” piece of turmeric (optional)

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender. Cover with water. Add some ice and enjoy!
