Pineapple, peaches, mangoes or all three.
Slice into ½ ” thick slices
Grill on each side 3-4 minutes or until gently charred and tender. Set aside to cool.

Raspberry Sorbet

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt. ( I like to use grass fed organic, almond or coconut)
1 cup raspberries (frozen or fresh)
2 T lime juice
3 T raw organic honey
1 cup coconut milk

Blend ingredients in vitamix until smooth. Add to ice cream maker and enjoy with fruit.
