Makes: 16 oz

1/2 t cumin seeds
1/2 t coriander seeds
1/2 t fennel seeds

Pour hot water over ingredients and let steep for 5 minutes. You can enjoy this hot or cold. You can also double the recipe and make in a french press to drink throughout the day. I also love to add ginger, lemon or nettle leaf tea!

This ancient Ayurvedic recipe is incredible for creating heat in the gut, also known as Agni (meaning fire.)  Agni is the force of intelligence within each cell, each tissue, and system within the body.
