Prep time: (soak 6-12 hours) 5 mins to make
Makes 4 cups
1 cup raw almonds (soaked 6-12 hrs)
4 cups filtered or spring water
1 t vanilla extract
4 medulla dates
1 dash cinnamon
Directions: Put all ingredients and 2 cups of water in blender or Vitamix.
Blend on high for several minutes until thick and creamy.
Pour through a mesh colander or cheese cloth bag.
Take remaining almond mixture and add to 2 more cups of water.
Blend on high for several minutes and pour through mesh colander or cheese cloth bag again
