Ingredients:
1/2 CUP frozen berries
1/2 avocado
1/2 banana
1 CUP coconut milk (I prefer the canned Thai unsweetened coconut milk.)
1 TBS grass-fed collagen (Gratelakes or Vital Proteins)
1 TBS hemp seeds
1 TBS almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Maca powder
1 TBS raw cacao powder
1 TBS MCT oil (* optional)
