Grief shows up in many ways
Grief is different for everyone. For me, it was tradgedy and death. But grief can arise from divorce, retirement, moving, pet loss, financial changes, illness, legal struggles, an empty nest, and so much more. Any time life shifts and something familiar is left behind, grief can quietly take root. This space was created to honor all forms of loss — the seen and unseen — and to remind you that whatever you’re grieving, you’re not alone.
HI, I’m Emily
I have known for over 20 years that I was meant to gather those who are grieving. Grief is lonely. Grief is isolating. No one can ever truly understand the depth of your loss and pain, because it is individual. This is how I felt after losing my father and both brothers in a tragic airplane crash. Over these two decades, I have gained perspective, insight, and tools for healing—and now, I am finally ready to share them.

“Where the light gets in”
Thursdays, 9:00am
The Light House, Bozeman, MT
A yoga practice that creates a safe container and nurturing practice for those moving through loss, heartache, or life transitions. Together, we’ll use movement, stillness, and breath to focus to the spaces within that are tender and in need of care. This class is a space to remember and reconnect with your own life force and vitality—even in the midst of sorrow, change, or big life transitions. This slow-flow class honors the paradox of grief—where vulnerability and courage quietly coexist.
Grief Recovery can help with:
Struggling with constant waves of guilt or regret
Feeling stuck in the past and unable to move forward
Avoiding people, places, or activities that remind you of your loss
Feeling alone, lost and in a fog
Being afraid your memories will fade
Feeling paralyzed to take steps forward
“The cracks in your heart are where the light gets in.”

Grief Recover 1:1 program
Grief Recovery isn’t about “getting over” grief—it’s about recovering yourself through it. Loss changes us, but it doesn’t have to define us. This process helps you reclaim peace, joy, and resilience, no matter the kind of loss you’ve faced.
Loss comes in many forms: death, divorce, the end of a relationship, moving, changes in health, financial hardship, pet loss, infertility, estrangement, empty nest, or even the loss of trust, safety, or dreams. Whatever the loss, your pain is real—and recovery is possible.

Grief Recovery Group Program
Tuesday nights: 6-7:30pm
January 6th-Feb 24th
Find healing in a safe, supportive group of 8–10 participants. Guided by a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, this 8-week program provides a proven, step-by-step process to release the pain of loss and rediscover yourself. Together, you’ll learn tools for lasting peace and resilience through grief of all kinds.
This is not a drop-in support group. It’s a guided journey that requires an 8 week commitment that helps you examine how loss has shaped your life, complete unresolved emotions, and take meaningful steps toward emotional freedom.
Together we heal.
Sometimes what we need most is simply space to share our story—our loved ones, our loss, our grief. Here, you’ll find a loving, tight-knit community that understands the language of both grief and healing. I’d love to hear from you—send me an email and let’s connect.
Trusted Guidance
Feel it
Allow yourself to be in the mess. Grief is raw, unpredictable, and deeply personal. This is a space where you don’t have to rush your emotions or tidy them up—where you are seen, supported, and held in your sorrow.
Steady your Heart
This is where you begin to find your footing again. Not by “moving on,” but by learning to move with your grief. Through gentle guidance, self-care, and connection, you start to rediscover what steadiness feels like in this new reality.
Heal Forward
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting; it means integrating. This pillar is about honoring your loss while stepping forward with tenderness, resilience, and an open heart. It’s about carrying love with you as you begin to rebuild.
