* I typically make 4-5 servings at a time. These do great in the fridge for a few days.*
½ c rolled oats
1 TBS collagen
½ cup full fat plain Greek yogurt, or coconut/ almond yogurt for dairy free option
½ cup frozen riced cauliflower
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ c canned pumpkin (optional)
½ cup frozen berries (blueberries are my fave)
Handful of almonds, help seeds, pumpkin seeds, or nuts of your choice.
Mix ingredients together. Set overnight in the fridge. Enjoy!
