I love creating new immune boosting recipes for my kiddos. They are both obsessed with popsicles right now, so I decided I would put my immune concoction in these popsicles! See recipe below.
Immune Boosting Popsicles
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 T coconut oil
1 T collagen
splash of almond milk
Supplements to add in:
1 capsules Florasport Probiotic
1 T elderberry syrup
2 scoops vitamin C powder ( I like Thorne Buffered C powder)
1/2 tsp coral legend multi mineral powder
10 drops liquid Vitamin D3
1-2 tsp flax seed oil

Kiwi Key Lime
Makes 8 popsicles
1 kiwi
1 banana
1 cup coconut milk
1 T maple syrup
1-2 limes freshly squeezed or 2 T lime juice
Blend until smooth. Freeze and enjoy
Green Monster Popsicle
Makes 8 popsicles
1 handful spinach or kale
1 cup coconut or almond milk
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 T hemp seeds
1 T coconut oil
Blend until smooth. Freeze and enjoy

Makes 8 popsicles
1 cup strawberries
1 cup coconut milk
2 T shredded coconut
1 banana
Blend until smooth. Freeze and enjoy
Build me up Buttercup
Makes 8 popsicles
2 T peanut butter
1 cup almond milk
1 T raw cacao powder
1 banana
2 dates
1 T hemp seeds
Blend until smooth. Freeze and enjoy
