2 brown rice tortillas
1/4 cup raw organic motzerella cheese
1/2 cup pulled pork
1/4 cup Muir Glen pizza sauce
1/4 sliced red onions
cilantro for garnish

Set out brown rice tortillas. Sprinkle 1/8 cup cheese on one tortilla and stack them (so the cheese becomes the glue to hold the two tortillas together.) Add pizza sauce to top tortilla. Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Grill on low heat for 10 minutes. Once cooked garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
