Serotonin Boosting Hot Cacao
1-2 tsp cacao powder
3/4 c hot water
1/4 c milk of choice (nut milk, hemp, rice or raw milk, frothed and warmed)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1-2 tsp raw honey or maple syrup or a few liquid stevia drops.
Mix ingredients and enjoy.
