Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 1 cup
3/4 c hot water
1/4 c raw milk, frothed and warmed
dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1-2 t raw honey
Simmer herbs in water for 10 minutes. Strain liquid through fine-mesh sieve. Add coconut creamer and coconut sugar to taste
