1 ½ T lime juice
1 T avocado oil nut oil
1 T tahini
1 green onion
2 c shredded red cabbage
4 c baby arugula
½ medium cucumber peeled and sliced thin
1 carrot shredded
2 T slow roasted cashews, chopped
2 T chopped basil
8 oz cooked chicken breast
Combine lime juice, oil, tahini, onion in small bowl to make dressing
Combine remaining ingredients and toss into a salad and enjoy!
